This soft-sided carrier is fantastic for my cat. I used to have a hard-sided carrier but I prefer this soft-sided one so much more. The carrier opens up from the front or top, which makes getting my cat in and out of carrier much easier during Vet visits. You can carry it by its handles or shoulder strap. I leave the carrier out at home and my cat loves to sleep in it. At times, she would even sleep on top of it like a hammock! It is sturdily built, and the zippers are strong and stay securely in place. I only wish Sherpa would make an XL one since my cat is getting bigger and bigger by the month.
